Novatrix Designs is an interior design and execution company specializing in residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional interior projects.

Our core focus is interior fit-out and turnkey projects, with strong expertise in tendering, estimation, project coordination, procurement, and execution.

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can independently manage the tendering process and contribute to securing profitable interior projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor relevant interior, fit-out, renovation, turnkey, and construction tenders.
- Search and track tenders through government, corporate, private, and e-tendering platforms.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit complete tender proposals within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, procurement, accounts, and project execution teams.
- Prepare and review BOQs, costing, rate analysis, comparative statements, and commercial proposals.
- Collect and negotiate quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure technical and commercial compliance with tender requirements.
- Prepare tender queries, clarifications, pre-bid submissions, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate EMD, tender fees, security deposits, bank guarantees, and other tender-related requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, upcoming opportunities, tender results, and work orders.
- Follow up with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors regarding tender-related matters.
- Assist management in evaluating project costs, risks, margins, and overall feasibility before submission.




- Track tender results and support post-tender negotiations and finalization.
- Maintain an organized database of tender documents, BOQs, quotations, drawings, and correspondence.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of interior fit-out and turnkey project tendering.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
- Ability to understand architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
- Experience with online/e-tendering portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and work within strict deadlines.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify project profitability and risks.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation, interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey projects.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of independently handling tenders from opportunity identification through submission and post-tender follow-up.

Experience specifically in interior fit-out, commercial interiors, turnkey projects, or construction tenders will be highly preferred.
