- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls





- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Follow process guidelines and company policies

- Maintain accurate customer information and call records

- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets
