Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using Tableau to provide insights on employee engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to improve HR processes.
- Design and implement reporting frameworks for large datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.
- Provide expert-level support in analyzing complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on analytics or reporting.
- Robust proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for creating interactive visualizations.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
