- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in agency management or related field (insurance industry).
- Robust understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Excel or similar software.
