Lead and oversee credit underwriting for the Housing Loan portfolio across the South Zone
Ensure consistent application of credit policy, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines across all branches
Review and approve high-value and complex credit proposals with a solid risk-reward approach
Provide strategic credit guidance to regional and branch credit teams
Partner closely with business, risk, legal, technical, and operations teams to enable scalable growth
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and early warning signals at a zonal level
Drive corrective actions to maintain asset quality and control credit costs
Mentor and develop credit leaders across the South region to strengthen underwriting standards
Support audits, compliance reviews, and senior management reporting
