- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 applications, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI solutions.
- Develop conversational experiences, topics, entities, and knowledge integrations for copilots.
- Configure connectors, APIs, and custom integrations to support business requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows and copilot performance.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user training.
