We are hiring immediate joiners for the International Voice Process Technical/Customer Support role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service and have strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international customer calls
- Provide technical support and issue resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive articulation and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Looking for people who can join us by September.

Shift & Work Details





- 5-day work week with rotational shifts, rotational offs. (WFO)
- Predominantly night shifts
- Two-way cab facility provided (up to 25 km radius based on shift timing)
