About the Role

We are looking for an HR Technology professional who can effectively work across both Human Resources and IT/Technology functions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes as well as a solid understanding of technology, HR systems, automation, data, and digital tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of People, Processes, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support core HR processes including employee lifecycle, onboarding, employee records, policies, and HR operations.
- Work closely with IT and HR teams to implement, manage, and improve HR technology systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate and digitize HR processes.
- Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms, user access, workflows, reports, and data.
- Coordinate with technology teams and external vendors on HR technology requirements and integrations.
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support business decisions.
- Troubleshoot HR technology/process-related issues and coordinate with IT when required.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across HR systems.
- Support implementation of recent HR tools, applications, and digital initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between HR/business requirements and technical teams.





Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS or other HR technology platforms.
- Good understanding of technology, systems, automation, integrations, or data.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both HR/business stakeholders and IT/technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

- HRMS / HRIS implementation
- HR process automation
- Payroll or attendance systems
- HR analytics and dashboards
- API/integrations
- Excel / Power BI
- SaaS applications
- User access and system administration
- AI or automation tools for HR
