E-Mail & internet usage
Basic Knowledge of HR & Payroll software will be an advantage .
HR Knowledge : Recruitment , Employee Records, attendance , Joining formalities and basic joining documentation .
Communication : Valuable Spoken & written English .
Other qualities : Good Co-ordination , Documentation , Confediatiality , Time Management & Interpersonal Skills.
