We are looking for a skilled Playwright Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Playwright, test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure software quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
- Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Perform API testing and validate backend integrations.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, track, and report defects using test management tools.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in Playwright automation testing.
- Solid programming knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with web application testing and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
