Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations, providing guidance on interview processes and candidate selection criteria.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer extension, ensuring timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Robust understanding of lateral hiring principles and practices.
- Excellent talent sourcing skills using multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals etc.
