Key Responsibilities
- Run innovation pipeline ideation prioritization prototype builds validations and packaging
- Build POCsdemos and reusable accelerators aligned to CoE Solution Engineering Ops goals
- Collaborate with architectsconsultants to ensure feasibility and scalability
- Track value realization reuse adoption pursuit influence delivery acceleration and customer impact
Must Have Skills
- 11-20 years overall strong ServiceNow build solutioning background handson prototyping mindset Comfortable with ambiguity robust product thinking and stakeholder alignment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AIagentic workflows
