Role & responsibilities :

- Hands-on expertise in Fortinet, Check Point, and Sophos firewalls (deployment, policy management, upgrades).
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and security performance, incidents, and outages.
- Lead network and security implementation, migration, and optimization projects.
- Configure VPNs, SDWAN, routing, and advanced security features (IPS, AV, Web Filtering).
- Perform layer-wise network audits and security assessments .
- Collaborate with ISPs, OEMs, and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Engage with customers for new business initiatives and security solution design.
- Maintain network and security documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Provide value-added recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust experience with addressing, sub-netting, routing, switching, VLANs,



VTP, STP, NAT, VPN, 802.1x, VRRP, HSRP etc.
- Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices: Cisco ASA, Cisco/HP network switches, Cisco/HP routers
- Strong knowledge of firewall policies, NAT rules, IP SLA, IPSec VPN, IDP & IPS, RADIUS, and TACACS.
- Solid knowledge of IP routing protocols OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, GRE, NetFlow WAN technologies.
- A good level of experience implementing and administering common TCP/IP based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
- Experience with standard network and security change and configuration control policies.
- CCNA(R&S;) or CCNA Security certified
