Position: Senior Executive Recruitment
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer, negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Preferred Skills:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in handling multiple positions and bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portals.
