Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Salary: Up to 30,000 Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
• Support payroll and HR operations
• Handle employee queries and HR-related activities
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and reports
Candidate Profile
• 1 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS preferred
