Job Title: IT/Tech Recruiter

vHire Office - Shollinganallur, Chennai (Work from office)

Experience: 1-4 Years in IT Recruitment

Notice Period: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Recruiter with 1-4 years of proven expertise in IT/Technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruitment experience across niche and emerging technologies, with the ability to independently manage client requirements and deliver quality closures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for domestic and/or international clients.
- Work on mid to senior-level technical requirements across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, networking. and referrals.
- Recruit for roles in Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering.
- Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, and Emerging Technologies.
- Conduct detailed screening and technical validation of profiles.
- Coordinate interviews,



negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand technical expectations and hiring priorities.
- Maintain strong submission quality, turnaround time (TAT), and closure ratios.
- Mentor junior recruiters when required and contribute to team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for niche and critical tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Robust ability to work in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
