Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken) for effective interaction with international clients.
- Good knowledge of Inbound Voice Processing procedures for handling multiple languages (preferably).
- Freshers can also apply for this role; however, solid communication skills are essential.
