Qualifications

- Essential: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Desirable: MBA / PG / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

- Essential: 3-6 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation within manufacturing or service industries
- Desired: Exposure to best-in-class manufacturing dispatch processes
- Hands-on experience with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems

Deployment Plan

As this role is aligned with the project phase, the selected candidate will initially be based at our South Plant during the implementation period and will transition to Shoolagiri upon commencement of regular operations.

Job Profile

Dispatch Coordination

- Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Monitor vehicle and driver performance to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adjust dispatch schedules as necessary to accommodate unexpected events like traffic delays, weather conditions, or urgent orders.

Shipment Tracking





- Track the status of dispatched orders and provide real-time updates to customers and relevant teams.
- Use tracking systems and software to monitor and document all shipments.

Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery times, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all dispatch documents, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies regarding vehicle use and driver conduct.
