- Import shipment clearance and coordination
- Coordination with warehouse and production teams

Must Know Export/Import Documentation

The candidate should have working knowledge of:

- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Entry
- Bill of Lading
- Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Incoterms – FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
- Customs clearance
- Freight forwarding
- IEC / DGFT
- ICEGATE
- GST and E-way Bill

Key Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the complete export/import shipment process




- Preparing and checking shipping documents
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, customs, transporters and shipping lines
- Arranging transportation and shipment bookings
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch/delivery
- Coordinating with production and warehouse for shipment readiness
- Following up on pending documents and shipment issues
- Maintaining proper records of all shipments
- Coordinating with Accounts and other internal departments
- Ensuring that shipments are completed within the required timelines

Candidate Profile

- Hands-on and practical

- Good in MS Excel
- Good in written and spoken English
- Robust in documentation
- Detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple shipments at the same time
- Responsible and able to take ownership of the complete shipment process
