Solid telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS billing, CRM, order management, provisioning)

Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, UAT support

Hands-on with SQL / data analysis / Excel

Familiarity with Agile (Scrum), JIRA/Azure DevOps

Good understanding of APIs & system integrations

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Exposure to 5G, IoT, digital telecom platforms

Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards

Understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure) & microservices

Telecom KPIs (churn, ARPU, revenue assurance)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from telecom stakeholders

Translate requirements into user stories, process flows (AS-IS/TO-BE), and functional specs

Work closely with product, tech, and QA teams in Agile delivery

Support testing, UAT, and production rollout

Perform data analysis to derive insights and improve customer experience & operations

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
