Experienced SAP professional with experience as SAP Basis and NetWeaver Consultant. Experienced in providing SAP Basis Administration support, performance monitoring & Tuning, Problem analysis and other activities to maintain system integrity.

Deep understanding of system optimization, troubleshooting, and support, which allows me to maintain and enhance system performance effectively. I believe my skills and experience could contribute greatly to any SAP-related projects or teams.

Responsibilities:

SAP System Installation and Configuration:

- Installation of SAP systems, including the application server, database, and client setup.
- Configuring the SAP setting to meet business requirements and optimal performance.

System Administration and Maintenance:

- Managing and maintaining the SAP landscape (Dev, QA, and Prod environments).
- Regular system monitoring and applying patches/updates to ensure systems run efficiently.

Performance Tuning and Optimization:

- Monitoring system performance (e.g., CPU, memory, disk utilization).
- Tuning and optimizing SAP systems to improve speed and efficiency (e.g., database, application, and network tuning).

User and Security Management:

- Managing user roles, authorizations, and profiles within the SAP system.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies by setting up proper access controls and audit logs.

Backup and Recovery:





- Planning and performing SAP system backups (database and application servers).
- Ensuring data integrity through backup/recovery procedures in case of system failure.

Transport Management:

- Handling SAP transports (moving objects like programs, configurations, and authorizations) between SAP environments.
- Managing transport routes and ensuring proper system configuration for smooth transitions.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:

- Identifying and troubleshooting SAP system issues, such as performance problems or errors in application functionality.
- Analysing system logs to resolve issues related to system errors, database failures, etc.

System Upgrades and Patches:

- Planning and implementing SAP system upgrades, patches, and fixes.
- Ensuring compatibility and stability of the system after upgrades.

System Monitoring and Alerts:

- Setting up monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager) to track system health.
- Responding to system alerts and resolving issues proactively to avoid downtime.

Database Administration:

- Working closely with DBAs to manage and optimize SAP databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, MSSQL).
- Ensuring proper database performance, data integrity, and security.

Landscape Management:

- Managing SAP landscape, including multiple systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.
- Implementing and managing system connections like RFCs, ALE, and IDocs.

Support for SAP New Installations and Upgrades:

- Supporting SAPs new implementations, patches, and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions between system versions.
