Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate their potential for partnerships. Assess sales options and contribute to our growth strategy.

Achieve Revenue Targets: Take ownership of volume and revenue targets, focusing

on acquiring new direct import and export customers, forwarders, and CHA container volume in CFS.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture solid relationships with prospects, offering effective solutions that meet their needs. Provide ongoing support,information, and guidance to clients, and recommend opportunities for growth and

improvement.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Develop and execute plans to attract newcustomers, expand wallet share from existing customers, and increase revenue.

Regularly engage with customers, understand their requirements, and finalize commercial agreements.

Market Analysis:



Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers,

assess demand for various products, and stay attuned to market trends. Recommend

improvements based on insights gathered.

Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans that capitalize on market opportunities, aligning with company sales goals and profitability targets.
