Role Overview Gulf Infotech LLC is seeking a dynamic and versatile Zoho Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our technical team. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting, customizing, and deploying enterprise-grade business solutions across the Zoho One suite, with a specialized focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-impact environment, leveraging Zoho Deluge to build complex automation workflows, optimize financial and sales processes, and pioneer seamless third-party integrations via APIs. You will play a crucial role in transforming our business logic into productive, scalable cloud solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Ecosystem Development & Customization: Design, configure, and customize applications within the Zoho One suite. Take ownership of deep customizations in Zoho CRM (modules, layouts, blueprints) and Zoho Books (custom financial workflows, invoicing automation, and inventory syncing).
2. Enterprise Automation & Scripting: Architect complex business logic and cross-platform workflows using Zoho Deluge. Write custom functions, automate routine tasks, and set up advanced workflow rules utilizing Zoho Flow.
3. API & Third-Party Integrations: Develop and maintain robust integrations between Zoho applications and external third-party systems (e.g., Google Workspace, payment gateways, legacy databases) using REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and integration platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
4. Data Management & Analytics:



Oversee seamless data migration into Zoho from legacy systems ensuring absolute data integrity. Build sophisticated, cross-functional dashboards and custom reports using Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business intelligence.
5. Deployment, Testing & Support: Manage the deployment lifecycle using Zoho Sandbox environments to ensure safe, error-free rollouts. Provide ongoing system maintenance, conduct rigorous testing, and deliver technical support and training to end-users.

Key Requirements

- Zoho Core Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience implementing and managing Zoho One, with deep technical knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Programming & Scripting: Advanced proficiency in Zoho Deluge. Solid understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrations & APIs: Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and middleware integration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Process Mapping: Strong understanding of standard sales pipelines (CRM) and core accounting/financial principles (Books) to effectively map business requirements to technical solutions.
- Version Control & DevOps (Bonus): Familiarity with standard version control (GitHub) and managing deployment lifecycles for custom enterprise applications.

Qualifications

- Academic Background: Diploma in Computer Science (CSE), Software Engineering, IT, or a related field with equivalent practical experience.
- Professional Experience: 13 years of proven experience specifically in Zoho development, implementation, and enterprise system integrations.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive learning mindset, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English within a team-oriented environment.
