Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations, including salary processing, PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, and HRMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end monthly salary processing for employees.
- Manage PF and ESIC calculations, deductions and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
- Handle PF/ESIC registration, challans, returns and employee-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and statutory records.
- Manage payroll processes through HRMS/Payroll Software.
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Prepare payroll MIS and monthly salary reports for management.
- Handle full & final settlement calculations and exit-related payroll activities.




- Ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
- Keep updated with applicable statutory payroll requirements.

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have practical hands-on experience in:

- PF & ESIC
- Monthly Salary Processing
- Payroll / HRMS Software
- Attendance & Leave Integration
- Payroll MIS & Statutory Compliance

Candidates without hands-on PF, ESIC and salary processing experience will not be considered.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; HR/Payroll certification or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
