Language: Manageable English + Any South Indian Language
Salary: 15,000 CTC + Overtime + Incentives up to 50,000
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 1 Rotational Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls to customers.
- Follow up for pending payments.
- Handle customer queries related to payments.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- Basic English communication.
- Fluency in any South Indian language.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
