- Design residential villas from concept to final architectural drawings.
- Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop functional and aesthetically pleasing space layouts.
- Design exterior facades and architectural elements.
- Develop interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.
- Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models and realistic renders.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create 3D models and high-quality renders using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or equivalent software.
- Prepare presentation drawings and materials for clients.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, and MEP requirements.
- Review and modify designs according to client requirements.
- Work closely with the project and construction team to ensure the design is practical and suitable for execution.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all drawings and design work.
- do other engineering job on office or on site when company required
Required Skills:
- Strong architectural design and space-planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of residential and villa design.
- Strong understanding of construction details and materials.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills.
- Good to excellent Revit skills.
- Solid 3ds Max + Corona Renderer skills.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop.
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape is an advantage.
- Ability to produce high-quality realistic 3D renders.
