3Role & responsibilities

Site Management

- Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
- Plan, organize, and supervise all construction activities.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Allocate work to workers and follow up on their performance.

Civil & Structural Works

- Supervise excavation, foundation, concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of construction.
- Identify construction problems and coordinate corrective actions.

Drawings & Technical Coordination

- Read and understand architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC drawings.
- Coordinate site execution with approved drawings.
- Check shop drawings and details where required.
- Report any discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers when technical issues arise.

Quality Control





- Inspect all works before they are covered or completed.
- Ensure construction and finishing works meet the required quality standards.
- Identify defective or unacceptable work and ensure it is corrected.
- Maintain proper standards throughout the project.

Subcontractor & Workforce Management

- Supervise subcontractors and workers.
- Coordinate the sequence of different trades to avoid delays.
- Monitor manpower requirements.
- Ensure workers follow instructions and site procedures.

Site Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Report completed works, manpower, materials, delays, and site problems.
- Provide photographs and progress updates when required.
- Report any issue that may affect cost, quality, or schedule.

Project Handover

- Prepare the villa for final inspection and handover.
- Prepare and follow up on snagging and rectification works.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required standard before handover.
