ServiceNow GenAI/ Agentic AI Developer: Summary Own AI-led solution advisory and offering development on ServiceNow covering Now Assist patterns, agentic workflows, governance and customer-ready use cases

Responsibilities

- Define AI usecase portfolio, agentic workflows, assist experiences, AI searchRAG patterns where applicable
- Create reference architectures, guardrails, governance and reusable agent patterns aligned to CoE innovation goals
- Support presales value narrative, feasibility, effort estimation, risk assessment for AI implementations
- Collaborate with developers for prototyping and integration patterns, define evaluation criteria and KPIs

Must Have Skills

- 11-20 years overall
- solid ServiceNow platform depth




- practical AIautomation solutioning
- Experience with workflow automation

Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to AI governance prompt patterns and evaluation frameworks for enterprise implementations
