Lead overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets while ensuring compliance with Defence & Aerospace standards (AS9100D, ISO, and customer requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Dispatch.
- Drive productivity, OEE, capacity utilization, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100D, ISO standards, statutory regulations, and customer requirements.
- Lead audits, quality initiatives, and maintain a zero-defect and zero-incident culture.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and automation initiatives.
- Manage plant budgets, reduce waste, and improve operational profitability.
- Lead workforce management, employee engagement, performance culture, and industrial relations.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with SCM, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales for smooth operations.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
