Job Summary

E commerce Operations Manage e commerce activities including order processing invoicing dispatch coordination and fulfilment. Accounts Reconciliation Perform sales and payout reconciliation identify discrepancies in settlements commissions returns and deductions and coordinate with Finance and marketplace partners. Financial Documentation Maintain GST TDS invoice and financial records and support audit requirements. Reporting Prepare sales operational and reconciliation reports using Microsoft Excel and maintain accurate records. Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatches and shipment tracking and work with Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth fulfilment.
