About the Role

PRISM is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee hotel and hospitality operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing hotel operations, leading teams, maintaining service standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hotel and hospitality operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee operations across a minimum portfolio/key of 50 rooms (keys).
- Lead and manage operational teams across departments to achieve business and service objectives.
- Ensure high standards of guest experience, service quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, costs, guest satisfaction, and other key operational metrics.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, maintenance, F&B;, and other operational functions.
- Develop and implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company and hospitality standards.




- Handle guest escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Drive team productivity, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations.

- Solid hands-on experience in hotel and hospitality operations.
- Experience managing a property/portfolio of 50+ keys is preferred/required.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and operational KPIs.
- Candidates with experience managing multi-department hotel operations will be preferred.
- Must be willing to work from/operate in Bangalore.
