Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle a team of RDMs and Branch Managers.
Primary responsibility is sales target achievement and effective team management.
The candidate should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing, and achieving.
Responsible for the productivity of RDMs, handhold them in the early stages.
Provide in-the-field support to the direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance.
Planning and monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly activities.
Creating a business plan and helping them to achieve it.
Maintain the revenue targets and persistence targets of the organization.
Responsible for hiring and retention of RDMs.
Job Requirements :
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
Minimum 8-15 years of work experience.
Should have valuable years of team handling experience
