Niftel Communications is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality with strong exposure to Quality Operations along with Training.

Location: Lucknow – Work From Office
Salary: Up to 42,000 In-Hand
Joining: Early Joiners Preferred

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in BPO Quality Operations
Major exposure to Quality, with hands-on experience in Training
Experience in managing Quality Analysts & Process Trainers
Strong knowledge of Quality Audits, Calibration, RCA, Quality Metrics, CSAT, Compliance & Process Adherence
Good understanding of TNA/TNI, OJT, Refresher Training & Training Effectiveness
Robust knowledge of BPO KPIs & KRAs
Excellent communication,



leadership & stakeholder management skills
BPO background is mandatory

Early joiners will be preferred.
