About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Manager / Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil construction and site execution activities for our Biogas / CBG / Renewable Energy projects in Uttar Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising and executing civil works at project sites, coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal project teams, and ensuring quality, safety, cost and timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise end-to-end civil construction and site execution activities at project sites.
- Plan and execute civil works including RCC, foundations, equipment foundations, structural works, excavation, earthwork and concrete works.
- Review and interpret civil, structural and construction drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage civil contractors, subcontractors, manpower and site resources effectively.
- Monitor daily construction progress and ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Check and verify BOQ, quantity estimation, site measurements, BBS and RA bills.




- Monitor quality of civil construction works and coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure proper testing and quality control of concrete, reinforcement, construction materials and other civil works.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement and stores teams and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
- Identify site issues, technical challenges and construction delays and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, work permits and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, piping and other project teams to ensure smooth execution of integrated plant works.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment and work productivity.
- Support project planning, scheduling, cost control and resource planning.
- Participate in site meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, inspections, approvals, drawings and site activities.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of civil works as per project requirements.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.

Experience

10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial projects, EPC projects or plant/site execution.

Candidates with experience in Biogas / CBG / Renewable Energy EPC projects will be preferred.
