Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar industry.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complaints and concerns.

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
