Solid operational and environmental support to database administration team.

Hands on experience in Database Administration on MySQL and MSSQL environments.

Knowledge in database security, environment configuration, consistency checks, replication, database mirroring, log shipping, backups and recovery.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, blocks, deadlocks, connectivity issues, security issues, and exposure in

query optimization.

Ability to detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.

Database/server migration in various platforms.

SQL scripting: Stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints.

Should be able to work in any schedule in a 24/7 basis.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Skill set: MySQL, SQL Server, Windows, Linux.
