Principal Duties / Responsibilities

- Key representative for operational forums/projects
- Lead for key process improvement initiatives and identifying process wastes
- Analyse team performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve overall operational performance
- Conduct onboarding interviews
- Responsible for managing available resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency
- Drive team performance
- Manager SLAs on Accuracy, TAT, productivity
- Maintain day-to-day stakeholder interaction and develop relationship
- Create development plan for the team
- Goal setting for the team
- Drive a culture of adherence to company standards and SOPs
- Conduct performance management
- Highlight exceptions

Qualifications





- Bachelors degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.

Behaviors

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly determine critical issues.
