Role Summary:
Responsible for recruiting frontline/face-to-face fundraising staff for assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and cold calling.
- Post jobs on job boards and other sourcing channels.
- Build candidate pipelines and maintain candidate relationships.
- Screen CVs and walk-in candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
- Track and report recruitment status and candidate data.
- Review CV quality and improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Experience recruiting frontline sales/telecalling staff.
- Hands-on experience with selection processes.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel skills for recruitment reports.
- Strong planning, analytical, creative sourcing, and problem-solving skills.
