We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for our ongoing factory construction project in Bhopal. The successful candidate will have a background in civil construction and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including liaising with various agencies such as constructors, architects, and suppliers of construction materials, electrical components, and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the project, including constructors, architects, and suppliers of construction materials.
2. Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions where necessary.
3. Compare and evaluate quotes from different suppliers and contractors, ensuring the best quality and cost-effectiveness.
4. Ensure all elements of the project adhere to necessary standards and regulations.
5. Communicate project status to stakeholders and management, reporting any changes in the original plan.

Required Skills:

Proven expertise in Project Monitoring.




Extensive knowledge of Civil Construction.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compare and evaluate supplier quotes.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the construction sector.
Maximum of 18 years of relevant experience.

Additional Details:

This is not a remote job - the appointed Project Manager will be expected to work on site at our Bhopal location. The successful candidate should be able to join our team within a notice period of 1 month. We offer a competitive salary and advantages package commensurate with experience.
