Designation: DGM Program Management (Workplace Projects)

Function: HR – Workplace Experience (WPX)
Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)
Reporting To: Head – Workplace Experience

Purpose of the Role

Lead strategic workplace transformation programs with primary responsibility for the Large building transitions at HQ. The role will drive end-to-end program management, design governance, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence while establishing standardized workplace design and project governance frameworks for Airtel's future workplace portfolio.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Preferred)
- Master's in Project Management/Construction Management (Preferred)

Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in Workplace Design, Corporate Real Estate, Architecture, Project Management or Program Management.
- Experience in managing large corporate office projects (>300,000 sq. ft.) is preferred.
- Experience in workplace transformation, corporate headquarters projects or commercial fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Aerocity Headquarters transition program.
- Develop and monitor integrated project schedules, dependencies, risks and critical milestones.
- Drive governance across multiple workstreams including Design, Engineering, IT, Security, HR,



Administration and Business teams.
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones within approved timelines and budgets.

Design Governance

- Own implementation and continuous enhancement of the Airtel Workplace Design Manual.
- Ensure adherence to workplace standards, design philosophy, ergonomics and space planning guidelines.
- Review design deliverables, layouts, mock-ups and consultant submissions for quality and compliance.
- Standardize workplace design principles across future corporate projects.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMCs, internal functions and leadership teams.
- Facilitate decision-making through governance forums and project review meetings.
- Manage executive reporting and leadership presentations.

Risk & Governance

- Identify execution risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track approvals, design changes and project dependencies.
- Ensure documentation, governance and audit readiness.

Process Improvement

- Develop scalable program management frameworks.
- Introduce best practices in project governance, reporting and decision-making.
- Support digitalization initiatives for project monitoring and reporting.
