About the role:
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to join Fitelo s growing creative team. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to create high-impact videos that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recall across digital platforms.This role goes beyond basic editing , you ll shape compelling visual stories, experiment with AI-powered workflows, and bring products to life through motion graphics and animations. If you enjoy blending creativity with performance marketing and want your work to directly impact business growth, this role is for you.

Specifically, this role will involve:

- Editing high-performing video creatives for Meta Ads that drive engagement, conversions, and business growth
- Creating compelling visual hooks and engaging edits that capture attention and maintain audience interest throughout the video.
- Transforming raw footage into polished, creative, and impactful content.




- Using creative transitions, captions, sound effects, pacing, and visual storytelling to enhance the viewing experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaign concepts effectively.
- Developing multiple creative variations for advertisements and social media campaigns.
- Staying updated with the latest editing trends, content formats, and social media best practices.
- Continuously experimenting with current creative ideas and editing techniques to improve content performance.

Ideal candidate will have:

- A strong passion for video editing and content creation.
- An impressive portfolio or showreel showcasing creative and engaging video edits.
- A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience engagement, and visual communication.
- The ability to create eye-catching, scroll-stopping content that connects with audiences.
- A good understanding of social media content trends and digital-first storytelling.
- A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
