About Position:

We are looking for an experienced SCCM / Intune Endpoint Management Engineer to support and enhance enterprise endpoint management services across large-scale IT environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), PatchMyPC, application packaging, patch management, and endpoint administration.

What You'll Do:

- Administer PatchMyPC integrated with SCCM and Intune to automate third-party application updates and patching processes.
- Configure and maintain patch deployment rings, software update policies, and compliance reporting.
- Package, test, and deploy Win32 and MSI applications using SCCM and Intune.
- Create and maintain detection methods, dependencies, supersedence rules, and rollback strategies for application deployments.
- Plan and execute phased application and update rollouts from pilot groups to enterprise-wide deployments.
- Monitor deployment success and failure rates and proactively remediate deployment issues.
- Provide day-to-day incident and request resolution for endpoint-related issues including device enrollment, application installations, policy synchronization, software updates, and client health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint management issues across Windows devices and enterprise environments.




- Support SCCM infrastructure servers, including certificate renewals, application updates, and platform maintenance activities.
- Perform SCCM server upgrades, client upgrades, patching, and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using PowerShell scripting and endpoint management tools.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, security posture, and operational health across managed devices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, service desk, and engineering teams to improve endpoint management services.
- Utilize ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms to manage incidents, changes, requests, and operational activities.
- Support endpoint management activities and project deliverables as defined within engagement scope.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of IT experience with significant focus on End User Computing (EUC) and Endpoint Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Expertise in managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments.
- Experience administering PatchMyPC integrated with SCCM and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of software packaging and deployment methodologies using Win32 and MSI installers.
- Experience with application deployment strategies, detection rules, supersedence, dependencies, and rollback planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), device enrollment, and device compliance management.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing patch deployment, software updates, and endpoint compliance programs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint infrastructure and client health management.
- Experience supporting SCCM infrastructure servers, upgrades, maintenance, and certificate management.
- Microsoft Intune architecture and modern device management concepts.
- Microsoft SCCM architecture, server roles, client management, and software distribution processes.
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems administration and support.
- Endpoint security, compliance management, and vulnerability remediation practices.




- Software deployment lifecycle, patch management, and application lifecycle management.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, identity management, and access controls.
- ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- ServiceNow and enterprise ticket management systems.
- Basic networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, certificates, proxies, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Endpoint monitoring, reporting, compliance analytics, and operational governance.
- Automation, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global support setting.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments with thousands of managed devices.
- Strong documentation and operational process improvement mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and service management teams.
