Job Description

Caprus Inc. is looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller with prior experience in the North American market to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing Caprus and our range of services, generating interest, qualifying

prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers in the United States and has a proven ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and maintain engaging conversations over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Introduce Caprus Inc. and explain our services, including Virtual Assistant services, remote staffing, lead generation, digital marketing, administrative support, web development, CRM support, and BPO solutions.
- Identify and connect with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.




- Understand prospect needs and determine whether they are a valuable fit for our services.
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels when required.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly calling, conversation, and appointment-setting targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and lead conversion.

Requirements

- Prior cold calling experience targeting the US/Canadian market is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a transparent, professional communication style.
- Ability to confidently communicate with US-based business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work according to US business hours or overlapping shifts, depending on business requirements.
- Previous experience selling or promoting Virtual Assistant, staffing, digital marketing, IT, web development, or BPO services will be an added advantage.
