Job Requirements Job Title - Quality Control Manager - Central Due Diligence Function/ Department - Risk Job Purpose: The role of the Quality Control manager to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process, conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards. Roles & Responsibilities: • Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation. • Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency. • Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. • Maintain records of inspections, tests,



and related activities for compliance audits • Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines. • Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices. • Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to improve the overall quality management system. Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
