Role Description The Airline Ticketing role at K2 Holidays is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include handling domestic and international flight bookings, issuing and reissuing tickets, the person must have knowledge of galileo software only

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust airline reservation and ticketing skills, including familiarity with GDS/airline booking systems (Amadeus only )
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, clarify travel details,



and provide professional support to diverse travelers.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage complex itineraries, fare rules, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and ticketing documentation.
- Relevant experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, or hospitality is preferred; a diploma or certification in travel and tourism is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with a professional and inclusive approach to working with clients and team members.
