Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through field visits, references, leads, and market activities.
- Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular customer interactions and ensure excellent service.
- Complete required documentation and follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update customer information.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales; BFSI experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA + Incentives
