We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI agents, autonomous copilot solutions, and automated workflows. You will combine generative AI capability with low code/cloud technologies to transform business processes, integrate knowledge sources, and orchestrate automated execution across enterprise systems.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Core Expertise:
o Microsoft Copilot Studio: Hands-on experience building conversational AI, multi-turn dialogues, topic triggers, prompt engineering, generative answers, and plugin architecture.
o Power Platform: Solid proficiency across Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
o Integrations: Experience with Web APIs, REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and building Custom Connectors.
AI Concepts: Strong grasp of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search basics, and Responsible AI practices.
Version Control & ALM: Hands-on experience managing solution dependencies, setting-level configurations, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Power Platform CLI).

Key Responsibilities
Copilot & AI Agent Development:
o Design, configure, and publish enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (topics, conversational flows, triggers, system prompts,



and custom actions).
o Implement generative AI capabilities, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) grounding using enterprise knowledge sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, custom REST APIs).
o Configure plugin actions, Copilot Studio extensions, and custom prompt templates.
Power Platform Integration & Orchestration:
o Build end-to-end automation workflows in Power Automate to execute complex backend logic triggered by AI Copilots.
o Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support AI-driven processes.
o Model enterprise data structures, relationships, security roles, and business rules within Microsoft Dataverse.
o Leverage AI Builder capabilities (document processing, sentiment analysis, custom classification models) within business applications.
Custom Extensions & Azure Services:
o Build and configure Power Platform Custom Connectors to securely connect Copilots and apps to third-party APIs and legacy systems.
o Integrate Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and custom Azure API Endpoints/Functions where out-of-the-box low-code tools require custom extensibility.
Governance, ALM & Enterprise Deployment:
o Enforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Copilot Studio and Power Platform using solutions, environment variables, and automated deployment pipelines.
o Ensure AI solutions comply with corporate security, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, data residency, and responsible AI guardrails.
