Roles & Responsibilities

Experienced FLEXCUBE Solution Manager/Senior Technical Consultant to lead core banking implementation and upgrade projects.

The ideal candidate will bring 12 + years of hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations, solid technical skills in PL/SQL and Java, and proven ability to manage complex banking transformations across retail and corporate banking domains.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

1. Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects from requirement gathering through production support
2. Design and develop technical solutions for core banking modules including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges, and Liquidity Management Manage version upgrades and migrations across FLEXCUBE platforms (14.x and above)
3. Architect and implement integration solutions with upstream/downstream systems, and gateway interfaces
4. Oversee data migration activities from legacy systems to FLEXCUBE environments
5. Conduct feasibility analysis and solution design for complex banking requirements

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

1. Serve as primary technical consultant for client interactions and workshops
2.



Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with bank business users, IT teams, and external vendors
3. Present technical solutions and design approaches to senior stakeholders
4. Manage onsite and offshore delivery models effectively
5. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT teams and business users

Module Expertise & Product Knowledge

1. Configure and customize Interest & Charges (IC) module including calculation engines and product rules
2. Implement and support ATM/POS interfaces with switch vendor coordination Can be removed/updated
3. Support Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM) implementations
4. Handle End-of-Day (EOD) batch processing and production monitoring

Team Leadership

1. Mentor technical teams and conduct code reviews
2. Lead offshore development teams and coordinate with onsite consultants
3. Manage release processes and deployment activities
4. Drive quality assurance through test strategy development and execution

Foster knowledge sharing and best practices within teams
