Role Summary Individual Contributor role managing end-to-end NVIDIA inventory control at Jabil India, with the potential to expand support to additional manufacturing sites globally. Responsibilities include daily operational execution, SAP/ERP transactional control, issue resolution, process ownership and optimization, continuous improvement, and leveraging AI and digital automation to improve operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience in inventory control, supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations. High-potential candidates are encouraged to apply.

Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system, with the ability and motivation to quickly develop deeper expertise.

Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive issues to resolution.

Self-driven, curious, and proactive, with strong self-learning capabilities and the ability to independently learn new systems, processes, tools, and technologies.

Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Robust collaboration and communication skills,



with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and diverse global teams.

Strong Advantages / Nice to Have
Experience in electronics, PCBA, optical, semiconductor, or high-volume/high-mix manufacturing environments.
Experience working with CEM/EMS organizations or global manufacturing partners.
Experience developing or improving SOPs, standard work, inventory controls, or operational processes.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting and analytics, reduce manual work, or enhance operational efficiency.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, or similar digital tools.
