Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) based on functional/business requirements

- Extract Operations and Finance data from Oracle EBS and build reports/dashboards to support business reporting needs

- Develop standard database views and migrate/refactor them into optimized custom views to support reporting and integrations

- Build reports and applications in Oracle APEX using EBS-sourced data

- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers

- Build and support interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party/external systems

- Perform data conversions and migrations using SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, and API-based loads

- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs

- Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and technical specifications

Required Technical Skills

- Oracle EBS 12.2 hands-on technical development experience

- Strong PL/SQL programming (packages, procedures, functions, cursors, exception handling)

- Experience extracting data from EBS and building ad-hoc/standard reports for Operations and Finance





- Experience developing standard database views and migrating them into optimized custom views

- Knowledge of at least one EBS functional module (Finance, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing) from a technical standpoint

- Functional/technical exposure to Procure to Pay (P2P) - Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, AP interfaces

- Oracle Forms & Reports (6i/10g/11g)

- Oracle Application Framework (OAF) / ADF customizations

- Oracle Workflow Builder - custom workflow development

- XML/BI Publisher for reporting

- Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Profile Options, Request Sets

- Data migration tools: SQL*Loader, UTL_FILE, Open Interfaces, APIs

- Oracle APEX - building reports, views, and lightweight applications

Valuable to Have

- Functional exposure to Order to Cash (OTC) - Order Management, Shipping Execution, AR interfaces

- Oracle Fusion Middleware / OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) exposure

- Unix/Linux shell scripting

- Exposure to Oracle EBS 12.2 Online Patching (ADOP)

- Prior experience in an EBS-to-Fusion migration project

- ITIL/Incident management process familiarity
